We publish no fixed payout clock, because banks, wallets and blockchain networks each move at their own pace.
Before your first withdrawal clears, we run identity checks. Expect to supply photo identification, something showing your address, and proof that the payment method belongs to you. Deposits may continue while this runs; payouts will not.

Slots occasionally misfire. A round that fails to complete, pays twice, credits a jackpot the maths model does not support, or shows a return-to-player figure not matching the studio build, is void along with any winnings from it. Stakes on voided rounds are returned.
The RTP shown in a game's information panel is the studio's published figure for that build, theoretical over millions of spins. It is not a forecast for your session and does not entitle you to a matching outcome.
If a disconnection interrupts a spin or bonus round, the game server's record of that round stands, not what your screen last showed.
An account with no login, deposit or spin for a long stretch is marked dormant, and we may apply a monthly administration charge against a remaining balance. Log in, or contact support, and it reopens. We will not charge a balance below zero.
You can ask us to close your account at any time, or request a cooling-off period or longer self-exclusion. Once set, we will not reopen it early or send promotional messages during it. Withdraw your balance before it starts.
